Online Clay and Craft Camp
Polygon Academy wants to make sure quality learning continues for kids during this crisis time. So here we have
Our Clay camp, which is designed for Young kids ages 5-12, is a great way for you little one who are with us in creativity. This camp will engage children using the air-dry clay or Bake clay in making necklaces, heart shape trays, and more by learning the art of kneading clay and shaping it as per their design. Kids will be using dry clay and acrylic color or colored clay as their raw material and some basic tools. Teacher will guide the kids step by step to create the design. Kids can also enhance the project based on their imagination and creativity. Kids will also create craft throughout the week. Please note- the project may be differ. All kid’s projects results will be based on their age, effort and expertise.

Online Young Entrepreneur

Our Young Entrepreneur camp, which is designed for Young kids age 7-12 who are interested in learning about running a business
During the camp kids will make their own company to sell a product. They will learn the basic skill needed to build a company. They will learn principles of business to generate business plans, strategies, and how to market a product. Kids will come up with their own ideas and products. This course lays the foundation of the middle and high school's Business courses DACA and FBLA .This course will also help them in future business competitions. Learning principles of entrepreneurship helps children gain self-confidence thus increasing their thinking power in applying their ideas and abilities in other aspects of life as well.

Online Advanced Entrepreneurship
Our Advanced Entrepreneurship summer camp is for kids of all ages looking to further advance their business skills. The camp will cover all the details kids need to write their own business plans and will go through all the steps needed to start a business. We will focus on the entrepreneurial aspect of business along with the financial aspect. They will also learn how to present their own businesses in a 15-minute presentation where they will be asked to present both their product and business model. By the end of the week, the kids will be done with a 10-page business plan and ready to start their own business!

Public Speaking
This camp is for students looking to learn and/or improve their public speaking skills. This camp is for ages (6-12), kids will be split into two depending upon the enrollment. Not only that, but depending on age, students will learn how to effectively research and put together their own scripts, performing their speeches at the end of the week.

Creative Writing Camp
By learning how to turn their imagination into words, children learn how to put ideas on paper, thus making them into successful communicators. As children learn the art of narration, their Ideas may not always come across as fluid as one may wish them to, but they are still very concrete Ideas that can attain perfection with some training. A big three-headed cat that turns into tomatoes, a spider defeating a lion, or a mad scientist befriending a computer - these are just a few examples of how the Lekha Way can bring out the imagination of a child.
Camp Details
Who did it? That's the question. Participants will learn the fundamentals of writing mystery stories with adventure. Detectives and sleuths will be the focal characters as they find out the culprit and save the victims.
Picture books are stories intended for the beginning reader and are told with lim-ited prose and extensive illustrations. tudents in this class will learn how to convert their stories into picture books. They will also learn the art of illustrating for the beginning reader. Students will work towards publishing their picture books.
A comic book is a magazine devoted to comic strips. Students will learn the art of telling a story of a character through illustrations and speech bubbles.
Dive into a world of magical creatures or travel through time! Create characters that exist only in one's imagination or those that can only be driven by technology. This program focuses on two popular genres, fantasy and science fic-tion. Students will write stories in these genres.
Chapter books are books written for vari-ous levels - early chapter books for begin-ner readers and books for the intermediate and advanced reader. They are told with limited number of illustrations or no illustrations. Students in this class will write complete stories and use illustrations, if needed, to help tell the story better.
Students will learn how to write a play. As they do so, they will engage in interactive lessons and games in this program. Students will learn how to write different types of poems. As they do so they will engage in interactive lessons and games in this program.

Storytelling is a polished form of public speaking and helps build confidence in oneself. Nuances of body language, voice modulation, and character personification will be the focus of the week. Props, movement, and other tools of the trade will be discussed and practiced.

Chess camp
Chess camp provides for a strong foundation in the rules and strategies needed to play the game. The camp teaches the rules of the game, basic strategy, important opening concepts, recognition of tactical themes, calculation of material exchanges, and elementary endgame knowledge. Students can also participate in training games with other participants. In addition to learning the fundamentals of chess, this camp will promote the growth and development of skills in concentration, logic, decision making, planning, and self-discipline.
